  • Express Shipping:
    • Domestic (UK): If you need your order urgently, you can choose our express shipping option, which guarantees delivery within 1 – 2 business days. The cost of express shipping is higher than standard shipping and is also determined by the weight and size of your order.
    • International: For international express shipping, delivery typically takes 3 – 5 business days. This premium service ensures faster transit times but comes with an additional charge, calculated based on the specific requirements of your shipment.

1.2 Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
